Master Co will start each day with a LIVE Session to guide you in practice, meditation and deeper insights to anchor the teachings in your life.
He will also share additional practices that you can add to each day as you continue to prepare your body, emotions and mind to be a greater channel of Love, Light and Power during the Wesak Full Moon and beyond!
Day 1 - April 16thEightfold Path
Overview of the Eightfold Path and its importance in our Spiritual Evolution. Each day will be an hour of lecture, practice, and meditation.
Day 2 - April 17thRight View Point
This is the most important of the Eightfold Path. It gives the strategy on how to apply the other paths. We will practice disintegrating the obstructing energies that prevent us from seeing clearly in our lives.
Day 3 - April 18thRight Thoughts, Speech and Action
We will use energy techniques to disintegrate the negative thought patterns in our aura and chakras. Negative thought patterns lead to wrong and injurious words and actions.
Day 4 - April 19thRight Livelihood
We will meditate on our current livelihood and lifestyle to assess if it is in alignment with our Soul’s purpose in this lifetime. Then make adjustments in our thoughts and emotions to create a ‘course correction’.
Day 5 - April 20th Right Spiritual Effort
Setting a proper routine of spiritual practices is called a ‘ritual’. Here we talk of rituals we practice to have sustainable spiritual advancement. This will include understanding and practicing inner reflection and firm resolution on the 5 Virtues.
Day 6 - April 21stRight Awareness
Awareness is the ability to know or be conscious of our Soul’s Journey. We will examine our spiritual roadmap and set benchmarks for safe and consistent practices. We will practice techniques to disintegrate energies that hinder greater awareness.
Day 7 - April 22ndRight Oneness
We will go deep into our understanding of Divine Oneness. Special techniques and meditations will be done to remove obstacles to experiencing Oneness. By this time you will have significantly removed any type of negative energy patterns in your energy body and infused with such high vibrations that you will be super prepared to absorb and assimilate the massive Spiritual Blessings we will receive during the Wesak Full Moon Meditation!
